Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
